the thing is now that i know i definitely would not promote to J2, i have to work doubly hard for my retest to ensure i move up to j2 for advancement
i see onli 4 routes
1st. i qualify to advance and pass retest
2nd i qualify for retest but fail retest
3rd i qualify for retaining onli(unlikely)
4th i get expelled( unlikely)
